Alachua County, door to door.
Gainesville is home base. We work every neighborhood in the city plus the surrounding towns. Pick an area for the kinds of homes we paint there, common project types, and area-specific FAQs.

Eight towns, one rotation.
Each area card opens to a brief on housing stock, typical projects, landmarks, and recent work in that neighborhood.
01GainesvilleOur home base. Gainesville is our home base, and A+ Painting and Repair is the residential house painter that works every neighborhood in it, from the historic Duck Pond and Pleasant Street districts to mid-century Northeast Gainesville and the newer builds in NW Gainesville. Interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall, and wood. Whatever your home is, we have likely painted one like it before. 02NewberryAbout 15 miles west of our Gainesville base. About 15 miles west of our Gainesville base. Newberry is part of our regular rotation: full-house exterior repaints, fence and barn staining, and interior refresh work in the Country Way subdivision and surrounding rural properties. 03AlachuaAbout 12 miles north of our Gainesville base. About 12 miles north of our Gainesville base. We work historic Main Street homes, Turkey Creek subdivision builds, and the newer construction along the west side. Many older Alachua homes have mature wood siding that needs the prep work to last. 04High SpringsAbout 22 miles northwest of our Gainesville base. About 22 miles northwest of our Gainesville base, near the Santa Fe River and Ginnie Springs. High Springs has more wood-sided homes than the average Alachua County town, plus a lot of rural and riverfront properties that face heavy summer humidity. 05ArcherAbout 12 miles southwest of our Gainesville base. About 12 miles southwest of our Gainesville base. Archer is rural, lots are larger, and most homes sit on open property without much tree canopy. That means more direct sun on exteriors and a real need for UV-resistant paint systems. 06Haile PlantationAbout 5 miles southwest of our Gainesville base. About 5 miles southwest of our Gainesville base. Haile Plantation is one of our most-worked neighborhoods. We know the HOA color-approval process, we know stucco exteriors, and we know the original Haile kitchens that are now ready for cabinet refinishing. 07TiogaAbout 5 miles west of our Gainesville base. About 5 miles west of our Gainesville base. Tioga is newer than most Alachua County neighborhoods (most of it built since 2000), which means newer paint systems holding up better. Color updates and townhome exterior work are common requests here. 08JonesvilleAbout 8 miles west of our Gainesville base. About 8 miles west of our Gainesville base, between Gainesville and Newberry. Jonesville is a mix of older rural country homes and newer subdivisions, with the housing stock changing fast along the Newberry Road corridor.
