02Can you replace just the bad sections?
Yes. We patch the damage, prime the new wood, and paint everything to match. Full fascia replacement is only needed when most of a run is gone.
03Is fascia and soffit repair structural?
Sometimes. Most cases are surface lumber. Roof-edge damage with sagging may need a framer or roofer first; we flag what is beyond paint-and-trim scope.
04Will the new wood match?
In color and finish, yes. Primed and painted to match the rest of the exterior. In grain, we use smooth pine by default; texture-matching old cedar or other species is a separate conversation.
