Holes, cracks, water damage, popped nails, settling cracks at the seams. We fix what is there so when paint goes on, no one can tell anything was ever wrong. Drywall repair is the difference between a "freshly painted" room and a "looks brand new" room.
What gets covered in every drywall job. Itemized, in writing, before we start.
Anything from nail holes to door-knob dents to large wall holes. Cut, patch, tape, mud, sand, prime.
Cosmetic and settling cracks. Larger cracks get reinforced before they get hidden.
Cut out failed drywall, replace with new piece, finish flush with the rest of the wall.
Knockdown, orange peel, smooth, hand-troweled. Matched so the patch disappears.
Bonding primer over patches. Leave it ready to paint or roll over with the next paint job.
Same sequence on every project. The owner is on site through all of it.
A good drywall patch you can only find by looking for it under raking light at the right angle. A bad one you can spot from across the room. The difference is how many coats of mud, how aggressively the edges feather out, and whether the texture matches. We feather at least 8 to 12 inches past the patch on most repairs, wider for larger ones. That is why a 4-inch hole takes us half a day instead of an hour. The math is the same on every wall.
We come out, walk the job, and send a detailed quote within forty-eight hours. Itemized, in writing, so you can see exactly what is included. No verbal estimates, no surprises after we start.
